Standard Coverage Timeframe
Every Cryon product is backed by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Scope of Limited Warranty
Cryon guarantees to the original buyer that our hardware will remain free from material and manufacturing defects during normal operation within the specified coverage timeframe.
Please note that we cannot guarantee completely flawless or uninterrupted operation in all environments and software configurations.
This warranty strictly excludes damages resulting from standard wear and tear, or from user error, such as failing to adhere to official operating and integration guidelines.
If our technical team determines a defect is due to manufacturing faults, Cryon will cover the repair costs. If the damage falls outside our warranty parameters, the customer is responsible for all repair fees.
All inbound shipping expenses for warranty evaluations are the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranty Claim Requirements:
To process a warranty claim, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- Initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 6 months of your purchase date by emailing support@cryon.com.
- Assume responsibility for all inbound transit costs.
- Ensure your assigned RMA number and contact details (name, phone number, shipping address, email, and order date) are prominently attached to or included inside the parcel, using either our official form or a clearly handwritten note.
- Provide a valid invoice or receipt to serve as proof of purchase.
- Pack all original cables, components, and accessories with the returned hardware.
- Note: Receiving an RMA authorization is not an automatic approval for a replacement or repair. Final decisions are made only after our technicians physically inspect the item.
Return and Refund Eligibility:
For a product to be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The hardware must be entirely unused, unmounted, and in its original, factory-new condition.
- You must request an RMA via support@cryon.com within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
- You are responsible for covering all return shipping fees.
- The RMA number and your full contact information (name, phone number, address, email, and order date) must be explicitly provided in the return box.
- Every original accessory and piece of packaging must be included in your return shipment.
- Note: Approving a return shipment does not guarantee a refund. Refunds are solely processed after the package is received and thoroughly evaluated by our facility.
- If your original payment was made via bank or wire transfer, any associated banking or transaction fees cannot be refunded.
General Return Stipulations:
- An issued RMA number automatically expires thirty (30) days from the date it is generated.
- Original shipping and handling costs (including partial freight charges) are strictly non-refundable.
- Cryon reserves the right to reject and return-to-sender any package that arrives without a valid RMA number or is missing components from the original order.
Resolution and Remedies
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim within the eligible 6-month window, Cryon will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by local legislation, either: (1) repair the defective hardware free of charge utilizing new or recertified components, or (2) exchange the item for a brand new or fully refurbished equivalent. Under applicable law, these actions represent your sole and exclusive remedies.
Return freight and handling fees may be charged where legally permissible. This policy applies exclusively to hardware purchased directly through www.cryon.com and is subject to the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Any repaired or exchanged item will be covered either for the remaining duration of the original 6-month warranty or for thirty (30) days, whichever provides longer coverage for the customer.
